Cancellation Policy
Barn Hunt Workshop – Refund & Cancellation Policy We understand that sometimes plans change. To ensure fairness for all participants and the smooth running of our workshops, please read our refund and cancellation policy below. 1. Cancellations by Participants 7 or more days’ notice: You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the workshop and receive a full refund or the option to transfer your place to another available date. 3–6 days’ notice: Cancellations made 3–6 days before the workshop are non-refundable, but you may transfer your booking to another session (subject to availability). Less than 48 hours’ notice / No-show: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the workshop, or failure to attend without notice, will forfeit the full fee. No refund or transfer will be offered. 2. Transfers Booking transfers are available once per booking and must be arranged within 3 months of the original workshop date. Transfers are subject to availability and discretion of the organizer. 3. Cancellations by the Organizer. In the unlikely event that the organizer must cancel or postpone a workshop (e.g. due to severe weather, venue issues, or unforeseen circumstances), participants will be offered: A full refund, or The option to transfer to a rescheduled or future date. The organizer will not be responsible for any travel or accommodation costs incurred as a result of cancellation. 4. Substitutions - If you are unable to attend, you may nominate another handler to take your place, provided they meet all the workshop requirements and have the organizer's approval in advance. 5. Refund Method- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7–10 working days of approval.
